Who is responsible

ASDETECH LTD runs SimCyprus and decides how your personal data is used (the "data controller"). Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Your email address; your order (plan, price, language, time and order number); the details of your eSIM (ICCID, install codes) and the data balance our network partner reports for it. Like any website, our servers and Cloudflare also see your IP address and browser details when you visit. Card details go straight to Stripe: we never see or store them.

Why we use it

To sell you an eSIM, deliver it, show your balance, sell you top-ups, refund you and answer your questions (needed to perform our contract with you); to keep accounting and tax records (a legal obligation); and to keep the site secure, prevent fraud and alert our team to new orders and problems (our legitimate interest in running the shop safely).

Who receives it

Stripe (payments; receives your email and payment details). Mailjet (sends our emails; receives your email address and the email content). eSIM Access (Redtea Mobile), our licensed wholesale eSIM partner (issues your eSIM; receives our order number and plan, not your email). Cloudflare (delivers and protects our website; sees your IP address and the pages you request). Discord (our team's private order alerts; receives the order number, plan, amount and a shortened email such as ja***@gmail.com). When you use the eSIM, Cyprus's mobile networks (Vodafone Cyprus and Epic) handle your connection as networks do for any phone. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Transfers outside Europe

Some of these providers, such as Stripe, Cloudflare and Discord, are based in or use servers in the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards the providers offer, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records: as long as Cyprus accounting and tax law requires us to keep them. Server logs, which can contain IP addresses, are rotated and deleted automatically. Order alerts in our private Discord channel: deleted on request. Ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or the data protection authority where you live, such as the ICO in the UK.

Cookies and tracking

We use two essential cookies and nothing else: one keeps your session working and one protects our forms against forgery. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Your browser also remembers what you type in the checkout form for the current tab, so it is still there if you go back; it never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

Marketing

We don't send marketing emails or text messages. You only get emails about your own order.
