The service
We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for use in the Republic of Cyprus. Plans are delivered digitally by email immediately after payment.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with fair-use expectations of the local networks.
Validity
A plan's validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period.
Coverage
Coverage depends on the local networks and may vary with location, buildings and terrain. The northern part of Cyprus is not covered.
Digital content & withdrawal
When you pay, you ask us to deliver your eSIM straight away. You still get a full refund for an eSIM you have not installed or used if you ask within 30 days of purchase, which is longer than the 14-day withdrawal period.
Receipts
We email you a receipt as soon as your payment goes through. Prices are shown in euros and are the total you pay.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the plan.
