Before you buy

Does my phone support eSIM?

Most iPhones from the XR/XS onwards, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy S, Z and some A-series models support eSIM. Fastest check: dial *#06#. If you see an "EID" number, your phone supports eSIM. It must also be carrier-unlocked. Use our compatibility checker for details.

Does the eSIM cover Northern Cyprus?

No. Our plans run on Republic of Cyprus networks (Vodafone Cyprus and Epic). The northern part of the island uses different operators that aren't included.

Do I get a phone number?

No, these are data-only plans. You can still call and message through WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram and similar apps, and keep your home SIM active for normal calls and texts.

When should I buy?

Any time before your trip. Buy and install it at home over Wi-Fi, and the validity only starts when it first connects in Cyprus.

Installing & using

How do I install it?

After payment you'll get an email with a one-tap install link (iPhone and recent Android), a QR code, and manual codes. Installation takes about two minutes over Wi-Fi.

Do I need to turn on Data Roaming?

Yes, for the eSIM line only. It's required for the eSIM to connect and is not charged extra. Turn data roaming off on your home SIM to avoid charges from your home carrier.

Can I use hotspot / tethering?

Yes, personal hotspot is supported on our plans.

Can I add more data?

Yes. Open the link in your confirmation email and choose a top-up. It's added to the same eSIM instantly, with nothing to reinstall.

Refunds & support

What if it doesn't work?

Contact us and we'll troubleshoot with you. If we can't get you connected because of a problem on our side, we'll refund you.

Can I get a refund if I don't travel?

Yes, if the eSIM has not been installed or used. Once installed it can't be resold, so we can't refund installed eSIMs except for technical faults.

What if I delete the eSIM?

Deleting an eSIM from your phone usually deletes the plan permanently, and it can't be reinstalled. Turn it off instead of deleting it.
